- Return chutes will generally be closed if a branch is closed for more than one day. For example, the Easter Long weekend and varying dates and branches during the Christmas to New Year period.
- The Home Library Service, Mystery Box service, regular programs and deliveries will not run if a branch is closed.
- Online services will still be available, including digital resources, searching, requesting and renewing items online. Troubleshooting help for digital resources is not available during the holiday period, except for any assistance able to be given by staff in branches.
